Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am having excessive sneezing after waking up in morning. I was taking anti inflammatory medications  which helped, but after I discontinued, the sneezing started again. Also for the past few days I am experiencing pain in neck and shoulder blades. I did xray, nothing appeared in it. Plz advice.

My wife sallowed a very small piece of steel wool which might have fallen wrongly inside a burger that we had ordered yesterday. After swallowing the piece of the steel wool she understood that something was stuck in her throat and then she had to insert her finger right up till there to take it out finally. But in this process she might have scratched her throat from the inside. It has started to pain a bit from yesterday night onwards. Does she require any tetanus injections or any other medication or will it heal on its own?

Hi, Swapnil Kulkarni here. My sis took my mother to ENT specialist in Pune. But it doesn't worked. No good result even the doc is experienced and highly educated. My mom still suffering from ear pain and now she want to remove that wax from ear... doc gave wax drop (Waxolve) and pain relief drop (Lidozone) but that dosen't worked. 1st thr was pain in her right ear and now in left one. Currently she is suffering from pain so is it ok to visit doc and remove that wax from her ear? Pls guide. I'm attaching doc's prescription below.

I have right lower jaw pain under ear,ear pain and neck pain for 5 months now. Went to ENT in June. He did Endo and no Infection in sinus and ear. Went to dentist and he told few issues and I did those treatment. He still believe tooth fracture causing these symptoms. He also said to check if it's tmjd or eagle syndrome. My general physician is telling me to check if it's trigeminal neuralgia. My symptoms are constant burning pain in lower jaw under ear, burning neck pain with mild swelling in the right side, ear pain and clogged, small lump on side of the neck (taken USG,no abnormalities found), ringing in ear, soft humming sound in ear while lying down when ac or fan is on, ear completely feel clogged,sore pain on one spot on top of head above ear, constant feeling of something stuck in throat, neck feel tight and stiff. I want to go back to ENT to check about this. Whether ent will diagnose neuralgia or nerve issue? This pain started on may when I was chewing food more than usual.

For past 3months blockage of nose...not in same side.... I took ct scan... In tat thy have mentioned Gentle DNS to left with right inferior turbinate hypertrophy... Doctor gave tablets for allergy...but still it dint cure

My child has swollen just near ear and it's little painful for her can you suggest me on this She had recent history of mild fever and she is fine and active I m concern about the swelling Should we take any test or consultation on this it's been only one day as of now

I am having nasal and throat congestion over 3 months .Not able to sleep due to sudden loss of breathe.last month one doctor told it is septal deviation and tonsils and had antibio and cured.this month since rain again came.now given azithromicin and policine gargle.is povidone iodine gargle safe to ingest accidentally while gargle since we have only seen ointments.???Also will arithromycin work for tonsils???

Hi Doctor , I have been suffering from Tinnitus from a month. My mri and audiometry are clear . No ear,wax or infection . I have a doubt If suddenly stopping alpropzolam 0.25 mg used for two weeks has caused it . I am recently diagnosed hypothyroid as well . I'm using Neurozan and Renerve tablets.

I'm suffering from cough since 3 months. It is without sputum, like dry cough. I'm suffering severely during night time. And if I eat any cool items o cannot able to control my cough. I tried many medicines but it is not use. 2 months back I suffered from typhoid. but now I don't have that problem. Whether it is because of typhoid or someother. Suggest what to do.

Hypothyroidism detected 6 months ago with TSH 20 and used Thyroactiv 25mg for 6 months. Recent test shows TSH reduced to 9, so please guide me further.
