Can tonsils cause disturbance in mind and pain in neck near ear right side or left side? ... ...give good suggestions

Hello. Someone in my family gets headaches if she smells something strong like perfume, and sometimes she feels like she gets a smell which I can't smell. She asks me If my nose is closed but its wide open. I wonder why this happens.

I feel like my left side tonsils is little swollen with scratchy throat and cough pls help i have a jaw pain only

2 weeks back i went for an mri, so it was too cold there after coming back i had pain in bone of my throat.. i did saline water gurgling and it eventually went away. Recently i have been feeling like my throat wall(attached in the picture), while swallowin it feels like my uvula touches the wall or something (as if its dry and uvula touches that). Or as if something is stuck in throat. I observed these cobblestones in throat(picture attached). Please guide me what can this be. Is it infection? I have a little bit cough production also. Please help me.
