Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have a slight pain in my throat..sometimes mucus also comes out...I do not have fever or cough...when I look down on my mobile sometimes it pains..

I am feeling soar throat , mild cold and cough since 3days ... Could you please prescribe medicines for these indications...

I often feel something is stuck at back of my throat and I force to swallow.. initially got throat pain and got cured with few tablets... again I feel dry when I wake up early morning ... scratchy at the back of my throat... I did gargling but it appears often... do I need to consult doctor or is there any syrup ...

1st symptom (fever) and  self isolation date 03-08-2020 Corona test positive date 10-08-2020 Discharge date 27-08-2020 Throat infection start 26-08-2020 Azythromycin 500×3 day Infection cured but after 2 days again infected Now when taking salt+ hot water gargle than relief but not fully cured

Hi, I have been suffering from ear blockages in both ears. Took medication for two weeks but no relief. However, While blowing nose on both side, both ear open for sometimes. I have taken steam also.  Please advise.

Sometimes in recent days my right ear is having wierd sounds like some insect is Der inside. very temporary but happens atleast twice a day

Some time pain at botum of let ear on neck. Normally  not pain. Some time geting dry खांसी. After heating get relax on pain and gilti goes on.

I have been having this crawling sensation in my right ear. It has been months now. I have consulted two ENT specialists and a GP. The ENT specialists found nothing inside my ear, asked me not to use ear buds (which I don't often use). One mentioned my ear has hardly any wax and that could be the reason, and prescribed me ear drops. Hasn't helped. This sensation keeps occurring every now and then and gets extremely annoying. Please suggest some solution. Thanks

Lower side of left cheek feel single gath while touching it's moving round round at little bit pain feel when press it.
