Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Sneezing, nose block and head ache since last 5 months. Dust allergy, running nose. Not taken any medication.

Using Otrivin for several years regularly..Not able to withdraw it. Unable to sleep even if I try to stop it as the noses are blocking. Wanted to withdraw it.. Please suggest and guide.

My son age 6 years. He us suffering from lympnod pain at right side of neck. Last time in 2019 we have done the scanning and FNAC and doctor confirmed that there are no issues. And asked to Improve the immunity. Again to dayhe said he is having a pain on the right side of the neck .(lympnod). Plz suggest an OTC for pain relief or any antibiotic. Thank you Surender

Hi Doctor, my mom age 54 is experiencing plugged and heaviness ear on her left ear. One month back she had a high BP for 3 days with severe headache. The BP was around 180-120. It went all after 3 days. She did have cold later on for few days. So yes it has been a month she's experiencing this. Kindly give some solution, thank you.

Hi, I have the following : 1) Bumps in Pharyngeal wall since 4 months (pharyngitis) 2) Mild pain in one side of the throat and ear since 3 months. 3) Tonsil cyst on left tonsil since 4 months. 4) I had Pet ct scan for some different purpose that showed " Diffuse FDG uptake in bilateral tonsils (SUV max 3.6 right, 4.7 left), infective/inflammatory" 5) Today I planned on seeing my tonsils, I noticed this fade white patch on both tonsils. What is this? What can possibly be the cause for all the above. Even if PET Ct said no malignancy I have doubts because of all the symptoms above. Attaching pic, patch circled.

My son is saying his neck is painful and struggling a bit to move his neck right side due to pain. There is no increase or over swelling of lymph node. and he was not even suffering from cold in the recent past. So please suggest your advise. I will definitely go to doctor tomorrow however but doctor seems to be not available for next 3 days. I will search for any other doctor. But your suggestion will help me. Thank you. Surender

I am able to breathe only from one side of nose my other side of nose is always blocked due to which I am facing so much issues . In addition to this some problem in my throat also evertime something while eating or drinking water I feel sting but it doesn't pain.

I am getting throat infection like itchy throat, throat pain, sore throat with mild caugh very frequently now a days...

Diagnosed with OSMF in May 2019. Initially mouth opening was limited, but with around 2 month of medication and mouth exercise the opening of mouth has improved. However, the white patch(fibrosis) never completely disappeared, in fact it has worsened lately. Currently, the mouth opening is good, but has mild burning sensation most of the time.  What should be the next course of action? What are the chances that the OSMF has turned cancerous?

I have been suffering from sore throat like burning sensation in throat for last for months and have seem 3-4 doctors for cure. I have take anti GRED ,anti allergic,anti infammatory ,corticosteroids spray(duonase) medicine to treat but it's not gone.It was gone for sometime during medication but now came back.I need advice from best of the ENT docs across the country,have you even see such cases? I dont have any cough or cold or breathing difficulties. Appreciate you valuable advice on this. I did endoscopy of throat in April this year and doc told me inside throat is showing red and that it was allergy.But I never had allergy and not sure what it is. Irritation is in throat area but not in a specific spot. I dont drink or smoke . Tarun
