One small lumps in my right side tongue for last 2 year. Its shape and size is constant for last two year. I have no any problem regarding this lumps. But i am worried about my small lumps. Plsss suggest what can we do. If any medicine as my lumps removed. Without surgery. Plsssss help.

Removal is the treatment for these lumps.. It is likely to be a benign granuloma or tongue bite lesion.. If it is troubling you, then you need to get it removed

Looks like a granuloma/ papilloma from the picture, which is a benign growth.
You should get it removed and send it for biopsy.
