It can be Gustatory rhinitis. It is a condition where after eating nose can get blocked or you might have a runny nose or sneezing bouts. It can be severe or exclusive with hot or Spicy foods. Sometimes it is also linked with over eating or a bloated/ distended stomach.
Next Steps
You could start with avoiding Hot and Spicy foods. Also eating smaller and more frequent meals could help. Steroid sprays alone or in combination with Anti histamine might be helpful but you need to consult an ENT for taking them.
