Hello Doctor, Since 25 days I can't smell 100% and I feel that something is lacking in smelling. I suffered from cold 25 days back and now I am completely OK but still I feel something is missing is smelling. I can say I smell 95%.
Please advice How can I treat my smell problem.
Thanks

Loss of smell and taste is common after viral upper respiratory tract infection (common cold) it generally returns to normal by itself as the effect of the virus reduces.. But in this pandemic situation it is best to rule out the possibility of covid before anything else. Even if it was covid the infection has mostly come and gone.. So not to worry but better to get tested and isolate as per the result
