Is this PPPD(Persistent postural perceptual Dizziness). Can it be solved by the same otolaryngologist  or I have to show some other doctor. Plz help.

First thing first. If it's bppv then epleys is done only once to treat the otoconia. May be resistant cases u need epleys done after a week or so. PPPD is also treated by ent only. Or at times if neurotologist is available they can see. I mean neurotologist (ie ent specialist with vertigo specialization) not neurologist.

While you do Epley, the swaying might worsen for some days and eventually settle down. If elpey is not working you can go a electronystagmogram and VEMP. This will help to localise the problem
