Cost of cochlear implant depends on the make of the implant.
It can vary between 4-7lakhs. And success rates depend on patient factors as in acceptance of implant physically and mentally followed by post implantation hearing and speech therapy. In otosclerosis better to get evaluated for stapedotomy(endoscopic if possible)
