Dryness in vocal cord
Hello!i am suffering from a throat issue in past 4 months..visited 3 ent surgeons 2 general physician and 4 homeopathic doctor .. Finally today a e.n.t surgeon told me that my vocal cord gum which soothe our throat became dry...that's why the pain occurs in my pharynx(back of the throat)and larynx(voice box)... That's why when i speak the coughing was start..i feel pain in ear because of that..he told me to rest my voice and gargle with salt water,steam inhalation, voice therapy and vocal hygiene...i am not feeling acidity any time..is it ok ..

Give voice rest take antacids drink lots of water Video laryngoscopy has to be done to rule out the exact cause of ur cough during attempt to speak
