Vocal cord problem
Dear sir From last 3 to 4 month i had problem with my voice i have done endoscopy from kk hospital they found little nodule on my vocal doctor suggest me surgery...my concern is cant i treated this problem without surgery iam really worry and afraid about surgery..and if i done surgery ..is there any chance my voice will be nice after the surgery..please help me out about this suggest me something what shoud I do sir Regards Praveen kumar

Get it done in a center equipped with a Surgical LASER. This is a short stay surgery and recovery is almost instantaneous! I usually discharge my patient 2 hours after surgery after the effects of anaesthesia have worn off!

Hello.......Vocal cord nodules are benign (noncancerous) growths on both vocal cords that are caused by vocal abuse. Traditional standard of care management of vocal cord nodules is voice therapy and avoidance of any activities leading to voice abuse (screaming, yelling, etc). However, resolution of nodules with such behavior focused treatment takes months.
