Tightness under chin for 4 weeks
Muscles under the chin down to the throat have been feeling tight. no pain or lump. the tightness is not persistent and there is no problem in eating or swallowing. but it feels like something is wrong from the inside, it is not like a muscle strain. can i do something about this from home?
