Pain in neck left side back side of neck and left side head with fever and body pain since last 75 days

Can adult get prevnar vaccine at the age of 30 ??? If so it might prevent me getting ear infections ???

I am snoring very badly for the past 10 days. It is affecting my daughters sleep who sleeps with me. Also I tend to dose off in the morning also for 5 to 10minutes in office also. Always feeling fatigued. Kindly advice

Hello, i had extremely mild Tinnitus which was there after i caught a cold about 3 months ago, for 1 month i got slightly worse, by december end, it was mild-high in right year and low in left year, it would tend to increase whenever i would sleep on the ear. It got better for past 1 month. It isn't a problem anymore but more of a nuisance, it has been getting better by the day, is it recommended to see an ent immediately or should i wait some just in case it goes away on its own?

It feels like ,I have something down my throat,it has continued for like two weeks.it doesn't give me such pain when trying to swallow.

Hi I have been feeling pain in right ear and dryness in throat. Also pain is around ear and right side head with small sago size lump just behind ear. Sometimes feels pain in throat. When sleeping on left side, if try to swallow, feels pain from right jaw to head. Please advise.
