Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am getting rotten smell and taste since last 3-4 months i was under severel medication but it didn't cured me. I guess i will find a helpful consultation here.

Dear sir/Madam, Iam suffering throat pinching with pain for last 10 months. Some times burning is also there. Initially I visited a ENT specialist and doctor told me it is acid reflux and gave some medication. Got some relief for some days. After that I started to use homeopathy medicine and have been using the homeopathy medicine for last 6 months. But still some times  having all the symptoms like pinching in throat, pain and some times pain at chest also. Especially in night times. Iam so.. afraid of this and not able to sleep properly when I feel burn,pain and pinching. Sometimes I thought that it may not be acid reflux but it may be neck cancer like that. I don't want to visit English doctor as I so much feared for medical and surgical things. This is why I chose homeopathy medicines. Iam still thinking not to go to  doctor and want to continue the Homeopathy medicine. But some times feel so much tension and anxiety. pls tell me shall I continue homeo or shall go to English doctor

1day ago I had feeling that somthing get stuck in my throat nd it irritates me( like a small hair or some kinds of thread like thing)... I have done home remedies but it continues irritates me a pinch of blood came with on my finger when I tried to do a self vomit.. will u please suggest some...

I don't have any Symptom except that the colour of phlegm/mucus is light to dark grey in colour (looks like ash/smoke colour).it comes when I intentionally cough it out from bottom of throat. It is present for more than a year or so. I don't smoke cigarettes Should this grey phlegm be cause for concern ?

Two weeks ago i accidentally discovered a movable lump on my left side of neck. It isn't painful,not visible from outside but is pallapable on touching. I am attaching the picture for locating it. 3 years back right after root canal treatment of my front two teeth, I started having post nasal drip which hasn't gone for a single day since then. Yesterday doctor remove ear wax from my ear using syringing in the ear. Now I'm facing some fluid in the ear and feel blocked ear. While deep breath it opens and closes again. will this goes by it's own or need to do something?

Hi Doctor, My eardrum has ruptured  in september 2020 due to ear infection but I am able to hear properly . Can you please suggest if it can be healed without any operation . It has AD curve during Audiometry /Tympanometry
