Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have been hearing a vibration like sound in my ear from few days and its only when I sleep ,that too only when I switch on the fan. I have no hearing issues or any symptoms, I have recently consulted ent doctor in a hospital and had my ear wax cleaned and he said no worries, still the sound is coming. Help me

I have excess double chin, sore from side neck, under ear, i usually feel pain in my throat. Now I feel, this is not common double chin, as it get excess swollen from side and below chin. Also Skin gets saggy under chin. Please help me with this.

Since last one week I'm experiencing a drumming sound in my left ear when trying to sleep on my left. I use ear phones a lot, is this due to too much usage of ear phones or any other reason. Please doctor suggest if I need a medication, is this a serious problem for which I need to consult doctor. Please advice.

I drank very cold water water while leaning my neck towards left side since then I have pain in the left side of throat it has been 8 months now but the issue has not been resolved I also have constant phlegm since that time as well. Did a ct scan of my sinuses and it came out clear but with a S shaped deviation at nose. I'm worried about those two boils in my throat is this something to worry about?

Hi , i have noticed a gland on the right tonsil that the last one doesn’t have , is that normal? Because I’m not sure if it was there or not!

Both of my tonsils have been surgically removed more than 8 years ago. Recently I observed a lump slightly behind the spot of my left removed tonsil. It does not cause any pain and the colour is no different than the usual colour inside our mouth. There's no problem in swallowing. Just presence of it makes me conscious. It is there from past two to three months. Please tell me what it could be. Just afraid if it is throat cancer.
