Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi i am 26 years old. Since 1 nd half month i am noticing a bony projection behind my left ear. There is no pain, its hard to palpate. Other than this everything is fune there is no pain in the ear.  I have attached the image also Is it serious? Why it occurs?

Hello doctor, I had an accident 3years ago in that my left eardrum perforated but after 6-7months it healed naturally under medication.. But around 1.5 year ago I had a left ear pressure problem. After medication it get sorted in 1week. But again now I have a pressure problem. My nerves are stretching behind my ears, in my head, also some sometimes around jaw and nose.. Sometimes I had a eustachian tube blockage too. I am attaching all the reports. please help me i am too worried that why is this happening again and again.. Reports attached- PTA, ETR, TDT, Impedance Audiometry.. Doctor my question is that in impedance Audiometry report it is written reflex absent in both ear what does it mean??? In left ear it is high positive pressure.. how it will be cured?? What should I avoid so that I don't suffer from this pressure problem again.. Thank you doctor

From past few days I have a difficulty in breathing through my right nostril there is a nasal congestion but only in one nostril which is the right one. I feel like having a suspended particle present in my nostril whenever I inhale forcefully I can feel something suspended and moving up and down in the nostrils. Otrivin Nasal spray will give a relief for few hours but the problem still exists. Could you please suggest on what exactly I should do to not have a difficulty in breathing. Any help will be appreciated and Thanks a lot in advance.

Hello Doctor My son is 15years old... Yesterday night he feel some uneasiness in his ear.. And today's morning whike having breakfast he feel pain in jaw n refuse to eat. When I checked his ear ..the ear is light red from inside and little wax is also there. Please suggest what to do. He has no pain otherwise only when he is eating. Thanks Neelam Naithani

Hello doctor, kindly see the pic of my throat and make me understand what's this redness indicates?? This happens to me once or twice every month and i feel irritation in my throat due to it. It usually resolves on its own but its recurrent.
