Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have this white membrane patches on both tonsils since 3 months. Had antibiotics, still not gone. 1) No pain 2) Slight burn when I eat masala food 3) No fever 4) Can be scraped off if I try to but then it bleeds which again turns super white the next day. 5) If i remove it, it again reappears. No tobacco, drinking, smoking history. Recently on October tested positive for Herpes Simplex IGM. Should I be worried???

Hello, I get this white patches under the tongue / floor of mouth since 2 months. It's like when i rub it to remove it goes away but it takes time to rub that thing off. It doesn't hurt nothing. Then again it reappears and again I do the same thing. It is not related to cancer right?
