Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Did 1. Chest x ray all okay 2 did endoscopy of throat all okay 3. Did nose endoscopy and doc did cauterise. 4 days it didt bleed at all . Now again few drops of fresh blood in spit in morning only . Doctor is saying it is due to nose dryness it will take time to heal . Around 30 days . Whats your opinion sir/mam

I have tinittus problem since a year. The sound in my right ear reduces when I press under the jaw. I got a sinus surgery which did not help, got all hearing tests, MRI For brain and my neck area done and doctors dint see any defect. The sound causes me stress and sleepless nights. Am thinking to give acupuncture a try, is that a good option will I have any side effect and there specific acupuncture places for ENT, please respond.

I get ear thumping for few seconds basically in situations like : - having alcohol - getting menstruation - it is like a signal for it - lying down Frequency is like once in a week. What would be the reason for this vibration feels like a pulse ?

What is the reason of this redness and ulcer type on my back tongue and mouth..Is it normal or something serious
