Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Ear buzzing, nose starts blocked while sleeping  at night , sometimes, sneezing comes with itching in throat and ear too. If it comes , It will come 5-6continously.please help

I have Ringing in ear problem since many years... But 3 days I woke up midnight with Severe pain In my left ear... After some time pain diminished but the Ringing sound had increased... Again today midnight I woke up with Severe pain in my second ear also... And the pain is persistent now in that ear... Is tinnitus causeing pain or something else is causing my tinnitus worse..? I have cold n runny/congested nose also... Plz help.. Thank you...

I am getting a pressure in my sinus area after a rain or in a cold environment. Also it is happening when I spent too much time in AC. The sinus issues will become worse in night and I won't be able to sleep .I consulted an ent near to my native and he prescribed elcort 6 tablets . The problem is that I am getting an upset stomach after taking this medicine . Can I stop this medicine after taking one ? I didn't take for two days and I just need an advice. Also I am taking steam regularly now instead of this medicine .

I have constant ringing In both ears since 13 years, yesterday I woke Up with a lot of Pain in my left ear... Then I take Paracetamol 500mg and My pain went away... But the ringing  sound in that left ear has Increased significantly... What is the problem... I have cold and runny nose... For Some days also.. Plz help...
