Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I get a tough noise when I yawn. Can u please tell me why the sound is coming n the reason. Should I show it to any ENT doctor. Is anything to be worried. Thanks

My left ear gets blocked everytime I sleep especially if I sleep on the left side. It usually gets cleared after I wake up but sometimes it remains blocked for a long time. This issue has been there from months now

I have a small pea sized moveable lump on the left cheek at the jawline. It is not visible from outside but on touching I can feel it and it moves above and below the jawline.
