I have been diagnosed with the prolyp in vocal chords I have symptoms of hoarse voice since 4-5 months.. Doctor has given medicines for 10 days. Please suggest some home remedies for repairing it and get back my normal voice. Can surgery laser be avoided?

I am suffering from 25 days in coldness inside right side of my head and irritation is also there.previously there was forehead and head pain in right side but now it decreases tgam before.my ct scan report is normal.and in x ray no symptoms of sinus is noted.only there is bllateral turbinate hypertrophy...what is it?
