Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have constant ringing In both ears since 13 years, yesterday I woke Up with a lot of Pain in my left ear... Then I take Paracetamol 500mg and My pain went away... But the ringing  sound in that left ear has Increased significantly... What is the problem... I have cold and runny nose... For Some days also.. Plz help...

Currently in cold weather my ear sometimes feel heavy n itch/pain. Not sure why? It didn't used to happen earlier. But few months(4-5) back I had to clean my ear with warm water

I am getting mucus in my nose after having lunch or dinner, as if I have cold. I feel slight nose block for some time. Automatically it goes away after 30min.

Hi, my mother sometimes feels pain on left side of the throat at almost a singular point when she eats any spicy food ..pain goes away with few minutes and is not persistent. While I saw a small red spot on her left tonsil I also noticed some lesion like blackish pigmentation on both side of her inner cheeks. What could these be and is there anything to be worried about apart from appartment fungal infection? Attaching bith photos of inner cheek and left tonsil. She doesn't eat tobbaco nor smoke nor drink.

I have a small pea sized lump near my jawline on my left side. I noticed it 3 years back. Its almost the same size and no other symptoms. It is at the jawline and can move up and down that is below and above the jawline. I am attaching the picture for locating. I am worried. Is it something serious?? Please answer. What to do next?

When i close my left eye my right vision is blurry and same when i close my right eye and see with left eye the vision is blurry and when see with both eyes open vision is normal

Hi, from last year i have a constant formation mucus in my throat which causes lots of irriatation due to which i need to clear out the mucus again and again, sometimes i feel nausea due to it and i even have hyper acidity and body itching rather then that i have no symptoms and i have hypothyroidism. I'm having dry cough and itchy throat. The coughing is more at night times else it's very less through out the day time.

Its winters and i have severe pains in my nose nostrils because of which i am having daily headaches and tooth ache also some times, i have even got a green line on my nose. What should i do?
