I am having sinustis issue from many years and using otirivin since 6-7 years on daily basis for instant relief, is there any way to get free from it permanently.

Hi,
Please stop using Otrivin nasal drops immediately as they cause rebound congestion (more nasal blockage as a side effect) if used continuously for over 5-7 days. It can be really difficult initially but this is a very important step. Also what exactly is your issue? Do you have clear or purulent nasal discharge and what are your other symptoms? Further management depends on these.
