Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My tonsils holes are big and it contains some white stones. Last time i met with an ent,he recommeded me tonsillectomy. Is there is any solution other than than surgery.

I had turbinoplasty surgery 1 year back..now my nasal cavities are very roomy and more air is passing than required  through my nose.this resulting in dry nose every time..will there be any long term problem with this condition??any tips on how to reduce dryness?is there any surgery to narrow roomy nasal cavity?

I am having nasal allergy since 2 months and i used allegra nasal spray for about 10 days continuously then it got reduced and again it came after a weak. Why is the allergy not reducing completely.

I had very had episode of cough 3 years back in winters. After that I am facing problem. Till 6 months back, there seems like some kind of pimple kind growth and it used to hurt , especially with cold water. After thst I started taking Mulethi (Liquorice Root) water. It seens to have some effect and pimple vanished, but I can still feel something different at that spot and if I dont take Mulethi water, then it tends to grow and I start to cough more. Please suggest. I have tried anti allergy and also consulted a doctor Thanks

I have lesion at tongue. Image has been attached for same. I have consulted for that in AIIMS delhi and they told me that it is due to low flow vascular malfunction but did not prescribed me any medicine or suggestion for operation . If there is any cure either in homeopathy or allopathy please let me know . I doesn't want to it to be untreated due to future afraid.

I had nose bleed  and a day back I felt dizziness and had experienced 5 times in the night and the other day had nose bleeding. Went to emergency section of hospital and BP and pulse were normal. Today also I feel dizziness at specific intervals. Please suggest what to do.
