Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

The skin of inner part of my nose keeps getting peeled off They become harder added with mucus of nose and give me irritation When I try to remove them it take away skin from nose and cause pain and bleeding No such issues in upper part of inner nose (the nasal cavity going upward) I used netiwash 2 yrs back had little relief now again It's highly irritating pricky and painful And it affects me socially as well as my hand always go to my nose to clean it I don't have DNS (as I was declared fit for Airforce) I had issues with infection, homeopaths suggested me to avoid strong smell I even left using deo. Please help me what to do and am I tretable or not ..I'm struggling with my daily life due to same Have to go to join army sooner there is no such medical issue but this thing is there which isn't keeping me at comfort and affect my physical performance and ability to focus on studies Please help

Could you suggest some home remedies to remove ear wax? Do doctors look into this issue and help to remove ear wax?

My son who is 21yr old is having frequent cought about 30 times a day for an year now...we have tried every cough syrup but it doesnt seem to work..coughing increasing as he eats any sweet dish.. there is no blood while coughing ..just regular dry cough and we have done TB test it was negative..sometime due to excessice coughing he have some pain in throat..please give some advice that what can it be and how can we cure it??

I am feeling a lump in right side of mouth just below the right tonsil. I saw it with mirror and torch, it seems like a small mass lump rubbing against side of tongue.I sometimes feels it while swallowing. I have attached the image but the lump is not visible, but i have marked the location. Please see the image and tell is there any problem with the tonsils. What to do ?
