Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have sore throat for a long time but some time pain will be happened in left side.. I tried antibiotics but sore throat doesn't go aaway? Can you please tell is it cancer? Also pls check ulva? Some this is different

I drank very cold water water while leaning my neck towards left side since then I have pain in the left side of throat it has been 8 months now but the issue has not been resolved I also have constant phlegm since that time as well. Did a ct scan of my sinuses and it came out clear but with a S shaped deviation at nose. I'm worried about those two boils in my throat is this something to worry about?

Both of my tonsils have been surgically removed more than 8 years ago. Recently I observed a lump slightly behind the spot of my left removed tonsil. It does not cause any pain and the colour is no different than the usual colour inside our mouth. There's no problem in swallowing. Just presence of it makes me conscious. It is there from past two to three months. Please tell me what it could be. Just afraid if it is throat cancer.
