Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I want to consult a doctor who can solve my problem One doc said I have a heavy tonsils and the other said I have swelling above food pipe and he treated me with vizylac, nexpro and later told me to go for ugi endoscopy . I can easily vomit if I feel something abnormal so I don't want to go for this test . Any other test to know about inside of the body would be fine. My blood reports (CBC esr thyroid ige crp) came out normal. Overall I took azithromycin,ceftum,taxim,nexpro,vizylac, aziloc. I have this problem since April. I live in rk puram Delhi, is there any doc who can solve my problem please tell I would like to consult. Thank you

Recently over the last few nights, I have been waking up in the middle of the night with a feeling of breathlessness and blockage in the throat. This is also a kind of feeling where I'm confused if I have swallowed my saliva into my windpipe during my sleep. I do not have any habits of smoking, alcohol etc. I'm slightly overweight. I'm worried because I never had this kind of feeling before. I want to know inhaling steam before sleep helps or this is not relevant to what is happening

Hi Doctor, I have constant post nasal drip (feeling that I have some mucus/phlegm at the back of my throat) and headache mostly in the eye socket (both left and right) and sometimes near the temples. There is neck pain sometimes.(The CS MRI suggests reduced cervical lordosis) Could you please advise on the possible causes? Also, I have an issue with Acid Reflux from past few days

Dear sir Last 4 days back tested positive.. I never went anywhere am middle class . Just I have block nose and loss of smell Today started body pains sometimes coming and going pains .. And my main question is sometime having throat pain lightly coming and going pain .. what is the reasons any specific tablet pls tell . I taking tablets of government given me at home quarantine.. pls tell for throat pain what happens And again when I can do retest for covid is it mandatory pls tell

I usually face issue of sore throat while being on-call/talking for long duration & sometimes while lying down in rest position which also causes cough many a times. Feel the need of throat clearing regularly. Facing this issue for more than a year now. Is it allergic to air or any other issue?
