Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am 22 years old. Below my right tonsil I saw a lump or polyp like structure which I sometimes feel during swallowing. I have attached the pictures. The whitish thing is ear bud ignore it. I am worried after seeing the lump. Could it be something malignant. Please answer my query.

Hi I m 30 years old . For past two days I have been suffering from pain in throat. But no cold at all. Whenever try to swallow I feel pain in throat. Little bit dry cough I feel. What should I do now.. Pain is not reducing.

Four days back i caught cold and was sneezing hard with runny nose . After I got cured I felt pain in my head(exactly same pain when water gets into nose ) everytime I breath ! What shall I do now ?

I saw with the torch and mirror there is a small polyp type lump near the right tonsil. Exactly it is below the right tonsil. A whitish string type is attached to bottom of right tonsil which extends and ends as a poylp or lump. It is along the arc I arrowed in the image, and the arc ends at lump mass. I have attached the image, though it is not visible in the photo i have marked the approximate location. Also sometimes i can feel it while swallowing. Please tell what to do. I am too much worried about some malignancy ( cancer of neck or tonsil). Plz help. Age 22
