Problem while swallowing the tonsils glands have swollen and covered with white fluid layer on top kindly suggest me the medication here.

No fever no headache nothing just problem in swallowing solid food and tonsils are swollen with white deposit on it check the pictures for your reference. Kindly provide me the medication here. Since 2 days I am facing this issue after I had soft drink with ice in it.
