Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I'm 23 year old male from Bangalore. From past few days I feel something difficulty in swallowing my own saliva. I can eat food, drink water and breath properly without any difficulty. What to do now. Please suggest.

Hello doctor, My age is 30 now I am suffering from swollen lymph node (parotid gland) - since last 10years  ... left side only. The size doesn't decrease/increase! it has remained as it is since years! I can feel it ! I tried almost all E&T specialist! Done ultrasound many times , but reports was normal and few doctor told me that it's because of some chronic inflammation and Do some blood tests related to autoimmune system disorder! I did it and found i was suffering from autoimmune system disorder (Sjogren's syndrome). i am taking rheumatologist medicines since last 8-10 months ( like HCQS 200mg ) But the swelling hasn't decreased. Even doctor added one medicine called as predmet. But the swelling remained as it is! I have no sweating , pain or symptoms related to tumor ... What should i do? Please suggest.. i am literally tired of this thing and I don't want to increase my steroids medicines!! Should I remove the affected lump node (parotid gland)? Experts please guide me !!🙏🙏🙏

So I had done my mother tested for thyroid T3 & TSH is in normal range, but her T4 is showing 14.3 Thou before the test she was fasting for 10-12 hours, she was currently on her thyronom 62.5mcg medicine which was not taken before the test. So some physician now has suggested her to take 50mcg medicine after seeing the report.. please help if she can continue with the old medicine or this 50mcg

Since 120 days I used to have running nose nose and sneezing and when I take ctz it's get stopped for few days and sometime my nose gets blocked and when I take otrivin my nose gets unblock and I gets running. Very mild wet cough I feel sometime it's come out sometimes it struck on throat and goes inside. No sign of fever No headache I started this issue when i spend few days with 6 goats during Eid no one at home have any other issue like I have. Is it maybe a sign of rhinitis? If it is then which department doctor I should consult ?

So, 3 weeks ago, I started since few months when the noise of utensils,creaking of door started irritating me and appeared too loud to me. since past three to four weeks in addition, I started hearing sounds from my left year, I was hoping it would go away and would be temporary,but it stayed, and continues 24 * 7, it sometimes increases when some loud noises happen around me, Apart from this, normal noises appear to loud still, and once I went outside without wearing earplugs, and the noise of horns, construction etc irritated and affected me soo much that I could not walk 10 steps, I just shut my ears with both hands and ran back home. Also, I consulted a doctor, who told me this is tinnitus and told me to do PTA hearing test, I did manual PTA hearing test, and they told it is fine, and the doctor told to ignore the sound. But I can't ignore this sound anymore. It is getting louder day by day, despite being at home,using earplugs,etc. The loud noises outside & inside affecting badly

Hi My Name Is Raj , Am 37 Years old .Was Traveling From Hyderabad to Delhi By Plane today , I Felt my Both Ear are Blocked when the Flight was Landing . After Landing I feel ok .I Have to Travel Back to Bangalore by plane tomorrow , Please Suggest the Solution .What Can I do to Avoid it .Can Ear plugs used ?

That sign im noticed on May 2020. Pic is also attached sir. What is going on my mouth. Can it be reduced by taking medicine or will there be some other treatment. Please guide for test what I have to be done.

I have this white membrane patches on both tonsils since 3 months. Had antibiotics, still not gone. 1) No pain 2) Slight burn when I eat masala food 3) No fever 4) Can be scraped off if I try to but then it bleeds which again turns super white the next day. 5) If i remove it, it again reappears. No tobacco, drinking, smoking history. Recently on October tested positive for Herpes Simplex IGM. Should I be worried???
