My father in his late 70 has partial loss of hearing. This has been there since years. Now it had increased a lot. Please suggest a doctor or the necessary course of treatment.

Please visit an ENT specialist. They will examine his ears - remove any ear wax if present, examine his ear drum and then suggest some tests such as a Pure Tone Audiometry. Based on the results he may be prescribed a hearing aid.
