Hello doctor, I had suffered from covid19. It was a mild infection but its been 3.5 months, still i am not feeling 100%. My smell sensation is around 80% percent now, still not getting flavours of few items. I am getting frustated and having anxiety. I am feeling breathlessness sometimes. Doctors are saying it might take some time. When i will get my smell sensation back like 100% ?? When i will be recover fully?? Please please help me..

Feels like something is stuck in throat for 2-3 weeks. 3 months before I went for the same, and doctor prescribed me with volapride, ebast-DC. Eventually I didn't felt it after taking medicine but again now it's happening .

I got cold and cough (non covid) on 23 Nov which got well in 20-30 days, Post that, I feel like there's something in my upper throat , I need to clear my throat everytime. But there's no pain at all. But sometimes I feel my heart beat becomes fast. I feel little weak too. I'm taking Vit D3 syrup a day every month due to insufficient Vit D. There's no breathing issue or chest pain. I also got covid three months back(only fever, no other symptoms). I got well in a week. What could be the issue? Who I need to visit? ENT or Pulmonologist?
