  4. Swelling near thyroid gland. What to do?

Swelling near thyroid gland
My throat is paining when I press from outside there is minor swelling near thyroid gland and when I press with finger down the bone I feel pain the pain comes and goes and even my tongue is white layered it goes after flossing. Dont know what to do??
