Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi , I have low inflammation on both the sides of tongue (at the back) from last 2 months. This had happened after I recovered from corona infection. I get tongue irritation while eating spicy and hot foods. I also went to an ENT doctor and she has suggested Tess gel along with B complex which I am having from last 15 days but the inflammation doesn't seem to reduce. I have two questions: 1. Is this normal to have hypertrophied tongue for 2 months? 2. What should be my further course of action? Thank you in advance.

Cough problem with cough some time and after food confirm come from last 7 -8 month and I took cough syrup(dextro combination and solbutamol combination one by one ) but no relax and after taking ginger little relax.

My old piercing had healed so I got a fresh piercing a month ago and it refuses to heal. I get flashes of pain. It is some times itchy. It keeps bleeding. Some times there is a white liquid that oozes out of the piercing. I feel it is infected. Should I go to a general physician or any other specialist? Pls suggest something I don't wanna cut my ear off delaying giving it the required attention

My mother is an arithritis patient and is currently taking Lefnomide and Mimod plus hypertension medicines - cilnidiphine and telmisartan Since last 5 months she has dry cough itchy throat and blocked nose ( sometimes) We got an xray done and it was normal Can you suggest what can be the cause of this dry cough.

Im having hypothyroidism from past 10yrs, and it was maintained well all these years. I am taking thyronorm 75mg and I get my test twice in a year. In my latest report the lever are as follows Now in my new report the level of T4 shows high than the normal. Do I need to change the medicine My T3 is 1.10        T4 is 11.40 TSH is 2.24

I have got a white spot on one of my tonsil right one also a small lump is also there on the right side below the tonsil touching the tongue. I feel sometimes slight discomfort while swallowing only on the right side. I have attached the picture. Plz tell what to do. I am anxious and afraid after feeling the lump. Is it anything serious?? I hear ringing sound and pulse throbbing sound in my left ear at times. Is this some serious problem? What should I do? At times I also feel like my ears are clogged.
