My fiance and his elder sister both of them use hearing aids.Although they are telling it's not genetics still I want to know whether hearing loss can be genetics or not ?

Hearing loss is genetic usually unless it is caused by some toxic medications or loud noise exposure. But using hearing aids is not an indication of any sort of impediment to living normally when the same has been rehabilitated appropriately.
