Cut like inside mouth PLEASE HELP

Recently I have found a cut like thing inside the mouth while I was brushing I do hve pains but when I was trying to put my tongue bit inside the mouth it was irritating and took the pictures and attaching it please help what is this is there any serious problem Please help is it due to gas problem
