Allergies cold
I am always suffering with cold watery eyes sore throat sneezing blocked nose I am taking antibiotics it gives some relives but after 1 or 2 days something is started, even I won't take a cold water or any fruits which creates problems please suggest me spray tablets etc which gives me relieve

For permanent relief you need allergy testing and desensitisation, but for the time being you can use fluticasone furoate nasal spray 2 puff each nostril thrice a day tapering as symptoms lessens, and tab montelukast fexofenadine bed time, and avoid exposure to the allergens and triggers which aggravates your symptoms
