Tenderness in head,neck, shoulder,chest
My 2 lower wisdom tooth was extracted 5 days ago.Pain and swelling has reduced but suddenly from yesterday night I had tenderness in lower part of head, swelling in neck, and tenderness in arm, shoulder, upper front chest. Not able to see any major swelling in body, but it's very tender . Is it a cause of concern or a normal reaction to tooth extraction. Currently I am on antibiotics, pain killers and taking salt gargle.

Is it tenderness ( which means pain on touch or pressure only) then there is nothing to worry about. It will resolve with the same medicines. But if its is pain as such and more so in walking or doing physical activity then you need to have an ECG done and consult a cardiologist.
