Constant irritation in throat since year

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Hi doctor, I have constant irritation in throat since one year. Doctor is saying it's because of acid reflux but even though after taking PPI ( acid suppressing drugs) for 2 months. I am not getting any relief. My issue is really because of acid reflux ? My neck ct scan is absolutely normal . Attached my throat picture herewith.

Do you have nasal obstruction also? If yes then it could be due to posterior nasal drip. I suggest saline nasal drops 2 drops in each nostril 5 times a day and betadine gurgles 1tsf betadine mixed in half glass of lukewarm water gurgles thrice a day and tablet lorfast am bed time, and report again after 19 days.
