  4. Stone in side the throat /tongue.

Stone in side the throat /tongue
I have observed that I have a white lump in side the throat for 4days . It is slightly hard and not getting pain so I think it may be tongue stone. Please suggest what will be treatment. Whether it is harmful? Please.
