Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I want to do my daughter's piercing, she is 4.5yrs old.can you advise as any painless ear piercing is there or should i go to doctor

I constantly feel that my uvula touching the tongue. also feels that something has stuck in throat which needs to be swallow. at present no difficulty in swallowing and voice.

Lot of burning sensation , irritation more on left side of ear to throat and less on right side of ear to throat .. sometimes it burns till the chest... Feels like hot air (steam) is coming more from left ear and less from right ear.. While breath in and out also, it feels extreme hot or cold or dusty or minty air in nose ,throat and ear where it burns and pains a lot ...

Sneezing and nose running starts midnight. Allergy test was done but no allergy found. Dr advised Montek LC (SOS). Frequency of tablet is every alternate day. On taking tablet, she feels sleepy and dizziness.

This is for my cousin brother who is unable to speak from childhood currently he is 21 years old.Actual case is that from childhood he was able to listen only through 1 ear that very little due to which he never developed proper speech.Is there any way where he can able to hear completely and ultimately start to talk.Currently he puts on ear phone on mobile to listen to something like music etc. Please advise for any treatment or solution.

I'm unable to breathe fully from my left nostril. Right one works just fine but the left one only functions 20%. What's the issue and what are the possible solutions?

I accidentally discovered a small movable lump on left side of my neck about 2 weeks ago. It isn't visible from outside but is pallapable on pressing. Regarding size i am not sure but it's almost constant I think. It moves within a defined region like as it embedded into something which restraint its motion. Its on the trapezius muscle, outside of the posterior triangle according to me. I am confused whether there is any lymph node there in that region or is it anything else. Quite worried about it as I have health anxiety. Attaching the picture please tell what it could be and what to do?

My left ear Eustachian tube blocked due to cold since last 4 days and its start paining slowly. Please provide a medicine.

I have loss nearly 60℅ of hearing I have complete perforation both ear, 12 yrs back perforation of  only right eàr was repaired and hearing recovered by nearly 90℅ thereafter the hearing improved but only with right ear but gradually losing my hearing able to hear high pitch sound can't understand TV word except the sound even the movie speech is not clear, I have done audiometry 1 year back twice when it's found I have only 60℅ hearing in right ear and 10℅ in left ear and diagnosed sensory neutral deafness now a days many renowned company hearing aid are available and extensively advertising like siemens, Phillips etc claiming using the same hearing will be 100℅ normal, one ent doctor advise that before using hearing aid I have to first repair my perforation of left ear. But I don't want to go for surgery as my age is 65 and having diabetes and hypertension, please give appropriate advise in detail and oblige so that I can improve the quality of my life Rea Regard Arun Ganguly
