Why I usually have blocked nose and cough, throughout the year.? Feel like i have sensitive throat. Pl suggest some solution

Allergic rhinosinusitis combined with deviated nasal septum usually causes. Cough might be due to post nasal drip or allergic bronchitis. Complete history regarding location, occupation, co morbidities are important to ascertain the cause.
