Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I have allergic rhinitis since past 4-5 years. I have tried nasal spray treatment for a month or two from a doctor which was effective for 6-7 months but later the symptoms reoccurred. Kindly suggest me a way for its permanent cure. Thanks.
