Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am not able to breath properly since past around 6 years. I don't know how and why it is happening. So, I have this problem like, when I am breathing, suddenly everytime at some moment I felt like there is something stuck in my throat and at that time only I am not able to breath properly. To reduce the cause, I literally have to make this sound like a car's engine. I once visited ENT specialist, he did not check me properly and told me that I have Sinusitis. Please help me.

I had covid in August and hod gotten treated for it like only crocin it was mild then my taste and smell had gone like nothing whatsoever and after that I started getting taste and smell back like 60 percent and then suddenly I had gotten cold flu in November start for 3 days nose blocked and all I got my blood checked and was negative for covid but then everything is smelling like garbage even tasting j can only eat boiled plain rice and potatoes without any spices . The smell is so bad of any food that I feel like puking and since 2 months I haven't seen any improvement in it . Even if I pass by any hotel or anything on road it smells terrible I can't even put a foot in my house when food is been made or someone is eating it . Is there any cure or any course I need to do for it ?

In the night when i am sleeping the nose starts to burn and itching in the nasal area and it secrets mucus and when i get up i spit all mucus.The mucus is thick and white in colour.when i spit all the mucus the burning stops. Why is my nasal area secreting mucus every night. I had faced this 1 month ago and doctor prescribed Allegra nasal spary then it was stopped and again it is their now.

Hi my kid put earbud in his left ear and cry lot and we have seen little blood in earbud but no blood coming from ear. So i wanted yo ask if do we need to visit doctor ?

My mom 57 yrs old experience light choking - suffocation in wind pipe due to food or while drinking water . She is experiencing this for the past 10yrs but we didn't not get a proper solution yet . She might get this light choking while eating or while drinking or even while sitting idle .She might suffer atleast for 2mins if it starts .some days light choking happens and some days it may not .but she suffers a lot while choking happens .Any practical solution for this .she tried eating very slowly and carefully then also it happens . Please some one help and guide some proper solution or medication or how to proceed the treatment

She is a heart patient..10yrs back she had bypass surgery.. She is using heart, diabeties, bp tablets.recently ecg. Echo test also did in that reports are normal only even She is feeling severe throat pain she used azithromycin tablet also but no use. So could u plz prefer medicines for throat pain..
