Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I accidentally burnt my tounge and the area lower the tounge with hot water nd I'm not able to eat anything . Now my tounge gets swollen nd gets some mouth ulcers .

My right hand side nose is block. I do not have severe cold and I feel like the nose is also swollen what could be the reason?

I have pain in my throat and tissue that connects below tongue . Unable to swallow anything. And chew anything

When i try to touch my base of mouth with tongue i feel some difference while doing it for both side. On one side i feel the mass it extra and i can feel it with tongue. On the other side it seems normal. I have attached the pic and circled the one which i feel more. Is it symmetric or some growth is present. Please tell i am worried about that. Is that normal.

I am 36 years female weight 70 kg from Mumbai. Every morning I have constant sneezes. I sneeze about 10-15 back 2 back and it happens every day. Sometimes in the day too I get sneezes and I think it's because of dust or strong smell. But the morning sneezes are really bothering me. Is this a deficiency problem which can be solved by medication?

Sir Iam suffering from allergic rhinitis from last 4 years .I have consulted doctors but when I take medicine it provides me relief but when I leave medicine,same problem occurs and this cycle is still going on and due to this I have excess weak digestion ...my body weight reduced ...how to tackle this problem

I sometimes hear my heart beat sounds in my right ear.. it goes on for a minute and then vanishes. Apart from this, it feels like my ear is blocked and a slight headache due to this. Why do i hear this sound?
