Nasal blocks daily...
Hello! Der ll be a right nasal block daily... And I feel pressure in my head.. which makes me tired,and inactive... If I do breathing exercises like exhale and inhaling breath... My palm folds and becomes kind of stiff... what could be the reason... I'm frustrated with dis nasal block...thank you!

Get a CT SCAN of the para asal sinus done and consult an ENT surgeon , it might just be a septal spur which can be easily corrected

Use saline nasal drops 2drops in each nostril 4 times a day. Tab mucobar forte twice daily. And a physical consultation with ENT doctor.
