I had tympanoplasty type 3 4 months ago. I am under recovery but sometimes I feel bad pus like smell comes with Vax or ear fluid. My dr. Is saying everything is okey after seeing by otoendoscope . They why that bad smell comes with fluid ?

There might be an infection. Only way to know is to get the ears checked. If it's wax, not to worry.
Next Steps
Consultation with an ENT specialist to ascertain the cause of foul smelling discharge from the ear will help in diagnosis. Usually medication will help.

Do not let water enter the ear, keep it dry.
