Mouth ulcer
Hello Doctors, My mother was having mouth ulcer for last 3 days. She was not able to eat because of the pain. We are using dologel from yesterday and also becosules capsules. The pain is still there. Can you please suggest any antibiotic for quick releif. Thanks

This issue needs to be checked in detail , the route cause must be identified before starting any additional treatment , I recommend a ENT check up before doing anything
