Nasal issue. No cough or cold. Cannot smell at all. Breathing is fine while standing or sitting. One side of the nostril gets blocked while sleeping. Thus have to turn the other side. Running nose and cold was a symptom since childhood. However not now. For last 10 to 12 years. Now the nose getting blocked is a issue every time lying or sleeping.

Chronic nasal blockade can be due to rhinosinusitis associated with allergy. Loss of smell is also an important diagnostic factor for sinusitis.
