What nasal spray should I use?
Doctor gave me Otrivin nasal drops for chronic sinusitis.
I also have fluticasone Nasal spray IP and Nasoclear.
Please tell me which is the best amongst them...

Dont use otrivin for long duration, max use it for less than a week. Fluticasone u can use but gradually taper the dose, nasoclear u can use without worry
