Dry nose at night
I am not able to breathe properly in the night when I go to bed but if I elevate my head a bit I feel good & then breating becomes normal . While in normal lying position , my nostrils feels dry & causes burning sensation . Is it some serious condition ?

Not able to breathe at night can be due to multiple problems.. For example deviated nasal septum, adenoid hypertrophy, obstructive sleep apnoea etc.
