Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

5mm contiguous scans of the paranasal sinuses were obtained in the axial / coronal plane on MDCT scanner. Moderate mucosal thickening is seen within the right maxillary paranasal sinus with mild focal mucosal thickening within the left maxillary paranasal sinus, s/o chronic sinusitis. There is partial blockage of right maxillary ostium due to mucosal thickening. The nasal septum is showing deviation towards the left with bony spur on the same side. What does it mean is it related to black fungus( mucurmycosis..??my grandfather tested positive 1 month ago..now he is fine ..today we done a ct scan and this result came.

While lying down I feel tight in my throat with my pulse bounding and when I hold my phone I can also feel my phone bouncing with my pulse.. feels discomfort in throat. Which specialist to approach? I have done my ecg (normal) and went and checked with cardiologist, he checked and said my heart is fine.. 2d echo was done in sep 2020.. he said not required. I have chest pain too.. now headache and pain in eyes too with my lower back of head paining.. spo2 levels are 97-98.. is this cause of no proper sleep? I have this problem post covid and since 10 months now. Peculiar but I want a normal life.. can someone help?

Hi Doctor, My mother is complaining of ear ringing issue from last week. First ear ringing started on both the ears but after 2 days its gone from the right ear. Hi Doc, Good day to you! I'm suffering from sneezing issues from past few months. Everytime in the morning after I got freshen up, I got sneezing 🤧. This causes teary-eyes, runny nose 👃 and headache also I couldn't focus on anything. But once I consumed "citrazin tab", after few minutes/hours this resolves. Need to know if there is a permanent treatment for these sneezing issues in medical sciences? P.S: I've not been consuming cold water or aerated drinks since past few years. Also please advise if I can still go for the covid-vaccination since I heard that allergy patients need to consult with doctors before getting vaccinated. Please advise. My father is a post covid patient with ongoing therapy at home due to low saturation and he has been doing spirometry and proning but I discovered he has inflamed turbinates in one of the nostrils so Did I have and my brother also we all have deviated nasal septum and during breathing he has been inhaling bit forcefully and since yesterday's night he is having little headache so is it normal cause of sinus?

I have quit smoking on4/5/2021. After that once in a day m getting greenish phlegm in cough. Is it serious issue?? I also got vaccination of covid on 5/5/2021. Now I don't have craving of having cigarettes Is the green/ black phlegm is cause of some serious issue???
